Legal information about the operator of mugensolutions.net, based on our Engagement Terms party details.
Client projects are governed by separate Engagement Terms and, where personal data is processed, a Data Processing Addendum. Those documents are provided during engagement and are not replaced by this page. English is the master language of our client legal set.
Operator
Mugen Solutions (“Mugen”) — a joint professional practice operated by Sahar Mana and Adi Volo as individual licensed dealers (עוסק מורשה) in Israel, until incorporation as a company (חברה בע״מ).
Founders
Sahar Mana (Co-founder · Operations, Identity & Compliance) and Adi Volo (Co-founder · DevOps, Architecture & AI). The founders act jointly in providing services and are jointly responsible to clients for delivery, subject to the limitation of liability in the Engagement Terms.

VAT & invoicing
Until incorporation, tax invoices (חשבונית מס) for an engagement are issued by the relevant founder’s Osek Murshe as set out in the Proposal. Fees are typically stated in New Israeli Shekels and exclude VAT (currently 18%), which is added at the rate in force.
Governing law
Client Engagement Terms and our Data Processing Addendum are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
Language
For our client legal document set, English is the master version. A Hebrew translation may be provided; in case of conflict, the English version prevails unless a signed document states otherwise.
