Privacy Policy
How Mugen Solutions collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use mugensolutions.net or contact us — aligned with our Engagement Terms and Data Processing Addendum.
Client projects are governed by separate Engagement Terms and, where personal data is processed, a Data Processing Addendum. Those documents are provided during engagement and are not replaced by this page. English is the master language of our client legal set.
Who we are
Mugen Solutions (“Mugen”, “we”, “us”) is a joint professional practice operated by Sahar Mana and Adi Volo as licensed dealers (עוסק מורשה) in the Tel Aviv area, Israel. Privacy contact: sahar@mugensolutions.net. Website: https://mugensolutions.net.
Scope
This Privacy Policy covers personal information processed in connection with mugensolutions.net (including the contact form, booking links, and cookie preferences). When we process personal data on a client’s behalf under a paid engagement, the client is the controller and Mugen is the processor; that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and Engagement Terms, which prevail for client data matters.
What we collect on this website
Contact form: name, work email, optional company name, message content, and whether you opted in to marketing updates. Booking: if you use our Google Calendar scheduling link, Google processes the information you submit under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Cookies and similar technologies: necessary cookies for security and remembering your consent choice; analytics and marketing cookies only if you opt in via Cookie settings.
Purposes of processing
We use website personal data to respond to inquiries and assessment requests; operate, secure, and improve the site; send marketing updates only if you have opted in; and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
Legal framework
We handle personal data in line with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. For website inquiries we typically rely on steps prior to a contract / responding to your request, legitimate interests in securing and operating the site, and consent where required (optional marketing and non-essential cookies).
Cookies & consent
Necessary cookies support basic site functions, security, and storing your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing scripts are blocked until you accept them in the cookie banner or preference center. You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
Sharing & sub-processors
We use service providers to run the site and communications (for example email delivery and, if configured, analytics/advertising after consent). For client engagements, sub-processors are engaged under our DPA with obligations no less protective than the DPA; we remain responsible for their performance. We do not transfer personal data outside Israel or the EEA to a jurisdiction lacking adequate protection without a lawful transfer mechanism or your documented instruction/consent where required.
AI-assisted tools
We use professional software, including AI-assisted tools. We make best (maximum) efforts not to input personal or confidential client data into such tools, and prefer tools that do not use submitted data to train their models. Tools that process personal data are treated as sub-processors under the DPA for client work.
Retention
Website inquiry messages are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records (typically up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement). For client personal data under the DPA, on termination or written request we return and/or securely delete personal data and existing copies within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
Your rights
Subject to Applicable Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and raise inquiries with Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות). To exercise rights regarding website data, email sahar@mugensolutions.net. For data we process as a processor for a client, we will direct you to the client (controller) and assist them as required under the DPA.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including TLS encryption in transit for this website, access controls, and the security practices summarised on our Security & Trust page and in Annex B of our DPA for client processing.
